The only kind I normally like is the kind with splashes/streaks of color that looks thrown at the canvas.
I like paintings by Pre-Raphaelites or those who are influenced by them such as artists like J.W. Waterhouse.

Believe me, I’ve seen A LOT of modern paintings! But in order for me to enjoy art, it has to move me in some way.
I cannot understand modern art at all. I look at Mona Lisa and see beaty and artist’s craftsmanship. But I look at Malevich’s "Cherniy Kvadrat" and see black square nothing more. It is a riddle why we consider modern art an art at all.
