I do not recommend e-Bay for new products especially new artists.
Try to market your art, get write ups or reviews even in small magazines or art articles initially help dramatically.

Look for places like retaurants,major firms with offices and other establishments that will display your art and add atmosphere for the clientelle,
add a card with them to give your contact information and or website.
I would try to get myself into an art gallery.
You can also offer holiday marketing products of your work, like small images of your work on pens,magnets etc.
The more that you can generate interest, the more your name will be out there or whomever you may be representing.
