First, I unprejudiced have to say that Leslie Sansone has changed my life. I have lost more than thirty pounds since starting her workout DVD’s in February, 2009, six months ago.

Her newest DVD, Go Away the Pounds Ultimate Collection, is incredible! As soon as I got it, I couldn’t wait to “accumulate off the couch” and dig in.
The music is qualified, she doesn’t over-talk with her fellow walkers (which can procure annoying on some of her DVD’s) . The cues are right-on, the hotfoot speedily, and the moves scrumptious and not confusing. I unbiased care for the 3 miles and the 4 mile walks on this DVD – the three mile also incorporates the employ of the band (included) while you continue to trail – the four mile does not expend the band, but you bag so noteworthy of a workout that you don’t need it. These 4 walks are previously released DVDs, it’s a combination of older workouts,so if you have the 1 Mile with Weighted Balls spin and the 2,3, and 4 Mile WATP Assert Walks, then you have the workouts.
1 mile bag up & score started – 18 minutes includes warm up and stretch
2 mile brisk walk- 30 minutes – includes warm up and stretch
3 mile advanced walk- 51 minutes -includes warm up and stretch
4 mile dapper challenge- 60 minutes – includes warm up and stretch
There is nothing “Unusual” about these! I wasted my money on DVDs I already gain! This is my fault, for not being patient, and waiting for the reviews to approach out. I delight in the Weighted ball series, and the WATP Converse series, and they are valid. I don’t deem, I will be buying anymore of her dvds, they impartial all seem to be repackaged, like with two other dvd sets, that are out now. So if you have been buying her dvds, then you might already bear them, so read carefully.
They have the same moves, as all her other dvds, except the lumber and kick, which unprejudiced do some punching, jogging and you have the other dvds. I pick her dvds, unprejudiced so I don’t have to study at the same people and scenery, day in and day out.
It comes with a stretchy band, which is even more of a value, because my 3 mile scream didn’t reach with one! You will utilize the stretchy in the 2 & 3 mile yelp. You will need light weights or balls for the 1 mile WATP, and the 4 mile, doesn’t exercise any eqipment.
If you don’t already beget this, and you are a original buyer, then it is a splendid value for the money, considering I paid around ten to thirteen dollars for each dvd individually, so you can now pick up all of them for around 10-13 dollars, for all 4. The exercises are fun and doable, and you will pick up results.
So, if you have…2 and 3 mile workouts from her Scream workouts and the 4 mile from her State II workout space, and you possess the 1 mile fresh WAP “Rep Up & Rep Started” which she has on at least three other different DVD sets. Unbiased don’t seize the Mumble plot, because they are all on here.
If you don’t hold her Whisper location, then this would be a grand assume for you, and will establish you tons of money, too terrible for us who already beget them.
