3) The final episode is one of the funniest. In that Sousuke receives instead of a gun fraction a biological weapon. Unfortunately, one of the class mates opens it and in order to `control’ the position Sousuke puts the class into isolation inside the classroom. Obviously, hell will brake loose and gain the funniest apprehension that I ever have seen.
Overall, FMP Fumoffu concentrates more on the `ordinary school life’ and on comedy, in incompatibility to FMP which balanced between comedy and action with Mechas. Nobody dies but it is amusing as hell.
Additionally, the modern series combine comedy, romance and action. As for the voices, either you hear it in Japanese or dubbed, both versions are very satisfying.
Last but not least, the sign is the usual one that is charged for separated DVDs, in incompatibility to FMP 1st season that comes out in a box region and is great cheaper.
As a side notice, the last FMP series that is out there is called FMP overload and currently available only on some other sides which for clear reasons I cannot name here.
The final question:
Buying it or not?
Having watched all the series, my humble conception would be: Yes and I highly recommend the shows.
It’s the final volume of one of the funniest series of the year, and that’s almost enough to create you yell, if you weren’t so busy laughing as you appreciate Rotund Metal Mania! In the first of 3 episodes, Chidori and Sousuke secure out that their mild-mannered classmate Ren, the assistant to the student body president is the daughter of the local yakuza lord! But lately, since her father has been ill, some young punks have been trying to shriek themselves. That’s when Bonta-kun comes into the relate to prove the old-timers some lethal moves….if they survive the training! In the second episode, a war has broken out at school because there aren’t enough rooms for all the after-school clubs to meet. The Social Science Club has found a contrivance to solve the spot AND get an experiment on human relationships. They challenge all the other clubs to a contest. Whichever club can buy up the most women wins a room to meet in. Of course, we all know Sousuke is going to go to extremes as he tries to serve his friends in the Photography Club. The finale concerns a bio-hazard substance that is accidentally opened and swallowed by a student in class which automatically makes all the students isolate themselves in the shrimp room in order to support the biological weapon from spreading. And we all know how rats act on a sinking ship.
Full Metal Alarm Fumoffu is an outright hilarious series that I’m sorry to notice advance to an waste. You would reflect that a military nut and a fan-abusing firebrand of a girl getting into misunderstandings would accept mature rapid. But this expose has kept up the immense quality and laughs throughout the whole urge. Maybe it’s because Chidori unexcited cares for Sousuke no matter what idiotic stunt he tries. Or maybe its the fair character designs and high-quality animation. If you liked the first Bulky Metal Fear series, you’ll obtain even more enjoyment out of this anime of a different vein.
